Pap

Pap

Introduction: Pap offers her best smile to everybody who crosses her path. She knows that our health is totally linked to what we eat so she promotes organic and healthy chemical free food wherever she goes, whoever she meets. She manages a seed bank (she gave me a couple of Marigold seed pockets :) ), an organic seed company, a restaurant that only serves healthy food and a solar panels startup!! She can't stand still :D I met her at HEPA where she was staying for some weeks.

Date of birth
12/05/1977

City of birth
Songkhla province, Thailand

1. What makes you smile in life?
I smile when I meet new people, when I make new friends, when I share and live experiences with other people. I smile when I travel. I travel with my project about seed exchange. I give you a seed and you smile so I smile. The healthy food and the stories behind the food make me smile too.

2. What are you afraid of in life?
No fear.

3. What is your passion?
Healthy food for me and for others. Healing sick people with healthy food and make it a way of living (long term approach). Sharing knowledge about healthy food that can heal any sicknesses.

4. What would you like to change in your life?
I change my life in a daily basis. Everyday I get some stimulus that make me think and I change something different in my life.

5. What do you regret the most in your life?
My relationship with my parents and the fact that they were not always happy with my decisions. I was making them sad because of my decisions. I didn’t have enough patience with them.

6. How many hours a week do you normally work?
All the time because my job is my life.

7. What is the thing you would like to do or see before you die?
I want to see everybody I know smiling.

8. What is your view of the future of mankind?
I would like to see all polluting and chemical companies disappear. For example in my home town I would like to see the coal plant and the electrical industry shut down and disappear. We know the problems and risks of this but we don’t have the power to stop it. Our democracy is not strong enough.
